I Association
 
 
Art. 1 Name
 
1 ART4FUTURE is the name of an Association in accordance with the following articles and the articles 60ff. of the Swiss Civil Code.  
2 ART4FUTURE is confessionally and politically neutral.
 
Art. 2 Registered office and duration
 
1 ART4FUTURE has its registered office in CH-6060 Sarnen in the Canton of Obwalden (OW).
2 The duration of the Association is indefinite.
 
Art. 3 Purpose and task
 
1 The Association ART4FUTURE purpose is the promotion, networking and visualization of artists from all fields of art and to link them to art lovers, art patrons, art collectors and the general public.
2 Further purposes of the association are:
a. The promotion of unknown artists and art creators, newcomers and young artists.
b. The promotion of artists of all ages including young people and adults at home and abroad.
c. The cataloguing, management and visualization of unknown artists, estates, art collections etc.
d. The operation of an online platform for artists.
e. The support of charitable projects at home and abroad.
f. The organization of exhibitions, auctions, lectures, excursions and workshops visits of well-known and unknown artists with the goal to use revenues partially or in full for the support of non-profit projects and youth development.
g. To support all Swiss efforts in the area of art preservation and promotion as well as participating in other fine art efforts and projects.
h. The association is a non-profit organization. It does not have any commercial intentions.
 
 
II Membership
 
Art. 4 Membership and contribution categories
 
1 The membership is open to all individual persons and legal entities, institutions and organizations which are active in the artistic field in Switzerland and abroad or do have an interest in achieving the purpose of the Association in accordance to art. 3.
2 There are the following member categories:
a. Individual person.
b. Legal entities (associations, foundations, commercial enterprises, corporations, public agencies and individual companies).
c. Collective members.
d. Honorary members.
e. Sponsors.
f. Passive members.
3  A membership fee is due to all members. The General Assembly shall, in accordance with the Articles of Association, issue regulations determining the contribution categories and the associated membership contributions and voting rights.
 
Art. 5 Admittance
 
1 Applications for membership must be sent to the office in accordance with the requirements by ART4FUTURE.
2 The Executive Board decides at its own discretion on the admission of the applicant, his membership category as well as his membership fee. The refusal of an application does not require any special justification.
3 For any admittance during a calendar year, the new member will be charged a full year membership fee.
 
Art. 6 Participation, voting and election rights
 
1 Members with a right to vote
a. are invited to the General Assembly of ART4FUTURE to perform their voting rights, which may vary within the contribution categories.
b. may apply for an involvement in any Commissions and Board of ART4FUTURE and, if elected, may perform their voting privilege with one vote.
c. have the privilege to call themselves a member of ART4FUTURE. 
2 Members without voting rights
a. are invited to the General Assembly of the Association, but do not have any voting or election privileges.
b. are basically not admitted to any Commission, but may, by explicit approval of the Board, be accepted as a consultant without voting rights.
 
 
 
Art. 7 Expiration of membership
 
1 The membership expires:
a. by resignation,
b. with the death of the member,
c. by dissolution of the membership
d. by expulsion.
2 Members may terminate their membership by the end of a calendar year, subject to three months’ notice, by submitting a written declaration of termination to the Head Office. However, the membership fee for the current year must be paid in full.
3 If the membership is terminated as a result of bankruptcy, liquidation or dissolution of the legal entity, the membership expires upon receipt of the relevant notification by the administrative office.
4 A merger or any other general succession is not be deemed a dissolution. The legal successors enter into the terms of termination and exclusion.
5 The exclusion of a member takes place:
a. automatically in case of non-fulfilment of its financial obligations towards ART4FUTURE despite written reminder,
b. at its own discretion by resolution of the Board (with the unanimous consent of the Board Members present) or the General Assembly of the Association (with a simple majority of the votes present), especially in case of repeated serious violations of the Association’s interests, e.g. disregard of the rules on socially responsible business conduct.
 
 
 
III. Bodies
 
Art. 8 Bodies
 
1 The bodies of the Association act altruistically and are:
a. General Assembly of the Association;
b.  Executive Board;
c.  Auditors;
d.  Advisory Board;
e. Commissions.
 
 
III. a. General Assembly
 
Art. 9 Competence
 
1 The General Assembly is the supreme body of ART4FUTURE.
2 The responsibilities of the General Assembly are:
a. Election and dismissal of the Executive Board, the President and the Vice-President;
b. Election of the auditors, unless waived;
c. Resolution on proposals of the Executive Board or Members;
d. Approval of the annual report and annual accounts and discharge of the accountable;
e. Approval of the budget;
f. Approval of the membership fee regulations with its categories and membership fees and the associated voting rights;
g. Acceptance and exclusion of Members;
h. Revision of the Articles of Association;
i. Resolution on the dissolution of the Association.
 
Art. 10 Convocation
 
1 The ordinary General Assembly of the Association is held at least once a year, convened by the Executive Board.
2 Extraordinary Meetings of the Association may be convened by the Executive Board at any time. However, it is obliged to convene, if at least 20% of the full members request the convocation of an Extraordinary General Assembly.
3 The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of the Association must be convened at least 20 days in advance by written invitation and agenda, by ordinary mail and/or by email to the last known addresses of all Members.
4 The General Assembly is chaired by the President or Vice-President, in their absence by another member of the Executive Board.
 
 
Art. 11 Resolution
 
1 For the adoption of resolutions and elections at the General Assembly a simple majority of votes present is required with the exception of quorum requirements stated by the Articles of Association or by law. In the event of a tied vote the chairman shall have the casting vote.
2 Votes are taken by show of hands.
3 By decision of the Executive Board, votes and elections of the General Assembly can be carried out by circular letter. A simple majority of votes received by the office within the minimum period of 20 days shall be decisive.
 
 
 
III.b. Executive Board
 
Art. 12 Composition and election
 
1 Normally the Executive Board consists of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 members.
2 The President, the Vice-President and all other members of the Executive Committee are elected by the General Assembly, and this for a term of three years, with new members completing the term of office of their predecessor. Reelection is possible.
3     The Members of the Board work pro bono and generally are only entitled to compensation for their actual expenses and cash outlays. For special services or operative project work of board members, an appropriate compensation can be paid, taking into account the non-profit orientation. 
 
Art. 13 Competence
 
1 The Executive Board particularly is in charge of the following tasks
a) The President or, if impeded, the Vice-President shall convene and preside the meetings of the Executive Board and the Association with 20 days’ notice;
b) The execution of the resolutions of the Association and the representation of the Association;
c) The development of guidelines and strategies for the association’s activities as well as statements on current issues concerning the promotion of artists;
d) The preparation of the budget and annual financial statements;
e) The preparation of the proceedings of the General Assembly and the execution of its decisions;
f) Maintaining relations with related associations, professional organizations, net-works of artists, public authorities and the media;
g) The appointment of commissions;
h) The admission of members;
i) The management of all business not being delegated to another body by law or the Articles of Association. For specific business it may appoint delegates or commissions from among its members or nominate external experts;
j) To determine the businesses to delegate to an office and how it will be supervised;
k) To grant the authority to sign;
l) The adoption of organizational rules and/or further regulations.
 
 
Art. 14 Signature authority
 
1  The Executive Board represents the Association as following: by individual signature of the President and by collective signature right for all other Board Members.
2 The Executive Board may grant the Executive Management individual signatory rights based on corresponding regulations.
3     The Executive Board determines the group of other persons with signatory rights.  
 
Art. 15 Adoption of resolutions and convening of meetings
 
1 Each member holds one vote for any resolution or election in the Executive Board. The chairperson has the right to vote. In the event of a tie, he will have the casting vote.
2 The Executive Board may take decisions if at least half of its members are present. It takes its decisions by simple majority of those present. In case of equal votes, the Chairman has the casting vote. The Executive Board may also pass its resolutions by means of written consent to an application submitted; for such resolutions a two-thirds majority of all members of the Executive Board is required.
3 If a member is affected by the outcome of a decision or election itself, it shall abstain.
4 Discussions shall take place at the invitation and under the chairmanship of the President, the Vice-President or, in their absence, another member of the Board.
5 Exceptionally, and if no member of the Board of Directors requests a meeting with personal attendance and oral consultation, resolutions and elections of the Board of Directors may also be carried out by circular letter, email, telephone or video conference. The simple majority of all board members decides.
 
 
 
 
III.c. Auditors
 
Art. 16 Election and competence
 
1 The General Assembly shall appoint two Auditors for a two-year term of office; these Auditors shall be eligible for reelection.
2     The Auditors verify the Annual Final Statements and establish the audit report for the attention of the General Assembly.
 
 
III.d.  The Advisory Board
 
Art. 17 Election, members, term of office
 
1 The Advisory Board is composed of at least 3 to a maximum of 7 persons, who are elected for a two-year term of office. They are reeligible. 
2 The Advisory Board has the following tasks:
a) Decisive Committee for the evaluation of charitable projects and the preselection of funding contributions to charitable projects to the attention of the Executive Board.
b) Decisive Committee for the preselection of young artists and grants to the attention of the Executive Board.
c) Public relations work for the Association and the promotion of artists via Online platform.
 
 
IV.  Finances
 
Art. 18 Revenues
 
1 The association is financed by:
a. Membership fees
b. Sponsor and patronage fees
c. Donations
d. Investment revenues
 
Art. 19 Fiscal year
 
1 The fiscal year corresponds to the calendar year.
 
Art. 20 Liability
 
1 Liable for the Associations’ commitments is solely the wealth of the association. The personal liability of its members is excluded.
 
 
V. Concluding provisions
 
Art. 21 Changes of the By-laws, association, dissolution
 
1 Any changes of the By-laws, the merger with another organization or the dissolution of ART4FUTURE requires a resolution of the General Assembly with a simple majority of the votes present.
2 In the event of a dissolution, the liquidation must be carried out by the Executive Board or an external body appointed to it. After fulfilment of all obligations, at the request of the Executive Board and by decision of the General Assembly, the remaining assets of the Association are to be transferred to an organization corresponding to the purpose of the Association.
 
Art. 22 Date of enactment
 
1 These By-laws have been approved by the General Assembly on November 20, 2020 and become immediately effective.

I Verein

 
 
Art. 1 Name
 
1 Unter dem Namen ART4FUTURE besteht gemäss den vorliegenden Statuten ein Verein im Sinne von Art. 60 ff. ZGB. 
2 ART4FUTURE ist konfessionell und politisch neutral.
 
Art. 2 Sitz und Dauer
 
1 Der Sitz von ART4FUTURE befindet sich in Sarnen (OW).
2 Die zeitliche Dauer des Vereins ist unbestimmt.
 
Art. 3 Zweck und Aufgaben
 
1 Der Verein ART4FUTURE bezweckt die Förderung, Vernetzung und Sichtbarmachung von Kunstschaffenden aus allen Kunstbereichen mit Kunstinteressierten, Kunstmäzenen, Kunstsammlern und der breiten Öffentlichkeit.
2 Der Verein bezweckt im Weiteren:
a. Die Förderung des Bekanntheitsgrades unbekannter Künstler und Kunstschaffender, Newcomer und Nachwuchskünstler;
b. Die Nachwuchsförderung von Kunstschaffenden jeden Alters unter Einbezug von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen im In- und Ausland;
c. Die Inventarisation, Bewirtschaftung und Sichtbarmachung unbekannter Künstler, Nachlässe, Kunstsammlungen etc.;
d. Das Betreiben einer Online-Plattform für Kunstschaffende;
e. Die Förderung gemeinnütziger Projekte im In- und Ausland;
f. Die Durchführung von Ausstellungen, Auktionen, Vorträgen, Exkursionen und Werkstattbesuchen von bekannten und unbekannten Künstlern mit dem Ziel, daraus resultierende Erlöse ganz oder teilweise für die Förderung gemeinnütziger Projekte und die Nachwuchsförderung einzusetzen;
g. Die Unterstützung der Bestrebungen der Schweiz auf dem Gebiet der Kunstpflege und Kunstförderung sowie Beteiligung an anderen Bestrebungen und Projekten, die in das Gebiet der bildenden Künste fallen.
h. Der Verein hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keine Erwerbszwecke.
 
II Mitgliedschaft
 
Art. 4 Mitgliedschafts- und Beitragskategorien
 
1 Die Mitgliedschaft steht allen natürlichen und juristischen Personen, Institutionen und Organisationen, die in der Schweiz und im Ausland im Kunstbereich engagiert und tätig sind, beziehungsweise ein Interesse an der Erreichung des Vereinszwecks nach Art. 3 haben, offen.
2 Es gibt folgende Mitgliederkategorien:
a. Natürliche Personen;
b. Juristische Personen (Vereine, Stiftungen, Handelsgesellschaften, Körperschaften, Anstalten des öffentlichen Rechtes und Einzelfirmen);
c. Kollektivmitglieder;
d. Ehrenmitglieder;
e. Gönner.
f. Passivmitglieder;
3  Alle Mitglieder bezahlen einen Mitgliederbeitrag. Die Vereinsversammlung erlässt ein Beitragsreglement, das im Rahmen der Statuten die Beitragskategorien sowie die damit verknüpften Mitgliederbeiträge und Stimmrechte festlegt.
 
Art. 5 Beitritt
 
1 Beitrittsgesuche sind an die Geschäftsstelle zu richten, in der von ART4FUTURE verlangten Form und mit den verlangten Angaben und Belegen.
2 Über die Aufnahme des Gesuchstellers, dessen Einteilung in die Mitgliedschaftskategorie und die Beitragskategorie entscheidet der Vorstand nach freiem Ermessen. Eine Ablehnung des Beitrittsgesuchs bedarf keiner Begründung.
3 Bei einem unterjährigen Beitritt wird der Mitgliederbeitrag für das ganze Jahr berechnet.
 
Art. 6 Teilnahme-, Stimm- und Wahlrechte
 
1 Mitglieder mit Stimmrecht:
a. werden an die Vereinsversammlung von ART4FUTURE eingeladen und verfügen dort über Stimm- bzw. Wahlrechte, die nach Beitragskategorien variieren können;
b. können sich um Einsitznahme in sämtlichen Kommissionen von ART4FUTURE bewerben und verfügen dort, sofern die Einsitznahme gewährt wird, für die Beschlussfassung und Wahlen über je eine Stimme;
c. dürfen sich als Mitglied von ART4FUTURE bezeichnen.
2 Mitglieder ohne Stimmrecht:
a. werden an die Vereinsversammlung des Vereins eingeladen, verfügen dort aber über keine Stimm- bzw. Wahlrechte;
b. sind grundsätzlich nicht zur Einsitznahme in den Kommissionen zugelassen, wobei der Vorstand ihnen ausnahmsweise Beisitz ohne Stimm- bzw. Wahlrecht zugestehen kann.
 
Art. 7 Erlöschen der Mitgliedschaft
 
1 Die Mitgliedschaft erlischt:
a. durch Austritt;
b. durch den Tod des Mitglieds;
c. durch Auflösung des Mitglieds;
d. durch Ausschluss.
2 Mitglieder können jeweils unter Einhaltung einer dreimonatigen Kündigungsfrist per Ende des Kalenderjahres austreten, indem sie ihre schriftliche Austrittserklärung an die Geschäftsstelle einreichen. Der Mitgliederbeitrag für das laufende Jahr muss jedoch vollumfänglich bezahlt werden.
3 Bei erfolgter Auflösung des Mitglieds durch Konkurs, Liquidation oder Aufhebung der Rechtspersönlichkeit, erlischt die Mitgliedschaft per Eingang der entsprechenden Mitteilung bei der Geschäftsstelle.
4 Eine Fusion oder anderweitige Generalsukzession gilt nicht als Auflösung. Für den
Rechtsnachfolger gelten die Austritts- und Ausschlussbedingungen.
5 Der Ausschluss eines Mitgliedes erfolgt
a. automatisch bei Nichterfüllung der finanziellen Verpflichtungen gegenüber ART4FUTURE trotz schriftlicher Mahnung;
b. nach freiem Ermessen durch Beschluss des Vorstandes (mit Einstimmigkeit der anwesenden Vorstandsmitglieder) oder der Vereinsversammlung (mit einfachem Mehr der anwesenden Stimmen), insbesondere bei wiederholter schwerer Verletzung der Vereinsinteressen, wie z.B. Missachtung der Regeln zum sozial verantwortlichen Geschäftsverhalten.
 
 
III. Organe
 
Art. 8 Organe
 
1 Die Organe des Vereins handeln uneigennützig und sind:
a. die Vereinsversammlung;
b. der Vorstand;
c. die Rechnungsrevisoren;
d. der Beirat;
e. Kommissionen.
 
 
III. a. Vereinsversammlung
 
Art. 9 Zuständigkeit
 
1 Die Vereinsversammlung ist das oberste Organ von ART4FUTURE.
2 In die Zuständigkeit der Vereinsversammlung fallen insbesondere:
a. Wahl und Abberufung des Vorstandes, des Präsidenten und Vizepräsidenten;
b. Wahl der Revisionsstelle, soweit nicht darauf verzichtet wird;
c. Beschlussfassung über Anträge des Vorstandes und der Mitglieder;
d. Genehmigung des Jahresberichts und der Jahresrechnung sowie die Entlastung der
e. verantwortlichen Organe;
f. Genehmigung des Budgets;
g. Genehmigung des Mitgliederbeitragsreglements mit Kategorien und Höhe der
Mitgliederbeiträge sowie der damit verknüpften Stimm- bzw. Wahlrechte;
h. Beitritt und Ausschlüsse von Mitgliedern;
i. Revision der Statuten;
j. Beschluss über die Auflösung des Vereins.
 
Art. 10 Einberufung
 
1 Die ordentliche Vereinsversammlung wird mindestens einmal jährlich vom Vorstand
einberufen.
2 Ausserordentliche Vereinsversammlungen können vom Vorstand bei Bedarf jederzeit
einberufen werden. Er ist jedoch dazu verpflichtet, wenn mindestens 20% der ordentlichen Mitglieder die Einberufung einer ausserordentlichen Vereinsversammlung fordern.
3 Die Einberufung der ordentlichen und ausserordentlichen Vereinsversammlung muss mit schriftlicher Einladung und Traktanden, per Post und/oder per E-Mail an die zuletzt bekanntgegebenen Adressen aller Mitglieder mindestens 20 Tage im Voraus erfolgen.
4 Der Vorsitz in der Vereinsversammlung führt der Präsident oder Vizepräsident, in deren
Abwesenheit ein anderes Mitglied des Vorstandes.
 
Art. 11 Beschlussfassung
 
1 Für die Beschlussfassung und die Wahlen der Vereinsversammlung ist das einfache Mehr der anwesenden Stimmen erforderlich. Vorbehalten bleiben gesetzliche oder statutarische Quorumsbestimmungen. Bei Stimmengleichheit gibt der Vorsitzende den Stichentscheid.
2 Die Stimmenabgabe erfolgt durch Handerhebung.
3 Auf Entscheid des Vorstandes können Abstimmungen und Wahlen der Vereinsversammlung auf dem Zirkulationsweg erfolgen. Dabei entscheidet das einfache Mehr sämtlicher Stimmen, die innert der Mindestfrist von 20 Tagen bei der Geschäftsstelle eingehen.
 
 
III.b. Vorstand
 
Art. 12 Zusammensetzung und Wahl
 
1 Der Vorstand besteht in der Regel aus mindestens 3 und maximal 7 Mitgliedern.
2 Der Präsident, der Vizepräsident und die weiteren Mitglieder des Vorstandes werden von der Vereinsversammlung für eine Amtsperiode von drei Jahren gewählt, wobei neue Mitglieder die Amtsperiode des Vorgängers vollenden. Wiederwahl ist möglich.
3     Die Mitglieder des Vorstands sind ehrenamtlich tätig und haben grundsätzlich nur Anspruch auf Entschädigung ihrer effektiven Spesen und Barauslagen. Für besondere Leistungen bzw. operative Projektarbeit einzelner Vorstandsmitglieder kann eine angemessene, der gemeinnützigen Ausrichtung Rechnung tragende Entschädigung ausgerichtet werden. 
 
Art. 13 Zuständigkeit
 
1 Dem Vorstand obliegt insbesondere:
a) Der Präsident oder im Verhinderungsfalle der Vizepräsident beruft die Vorstandssitzungen und Vereinsversammlungen unter Wahrung einer Frist von 20 Tagen ein und leitet sie; 
b) Der Vollzug der Vereinsbeschlüsse und die Vertretung des Vereins nach aussen.
c) Die Ausarbeitung von Richtlinien und Strategien der Vereinstätigkeit sowie Stellungnahmen zu aktuellen Fragen der Förderung von Kunstschaffenden;
d) Die Vorbereitung von Budget und Jahresrechnung;
e) Die Vorbereitung der Geschäfte der Vereinsversammlung und die Ausführung ihrer Beschlüsse;
f) Die Pflege der Beziehungen zu verwandten Vereinen, Branchenverbänden, Netzwerken von Kunstschaffenden sowie zu Behörden und Medien;
g) Bei Bedarf die Ernennung von Kommissionen;
h) Die Aufnahme von Mitgliedern aller Kategorien;
i) Die Besorgung aller Geschäfte, die nicht durch Gesetz oder Statuten einem anderen Organ übertragen sind. Für spezifische Vereinsgeschäfte kann er aus dem Kreis der Mitglieder Delegierte oder Kommissionen einsetzen oder Externe beiziehen;
j) Die Festlegung, welche Geschäfte er an eine Geschäftsstelle delegiert und wie diese überwacht werden.
k) Die Festlegung der Unterschriftenregelung der Geschäftsstelle;
l) Der Erlass eines Organisationsreglements und/oder weitere Reglemente;
 
Art. 14 Zeichnungsrecht
 
1 Der Vorstand vertritt den Verein nach aussen wie folgt: durch Einzelunterschrift des Präsidenten und mit Kollektivzeichnungsrecht für alle anderen Vorstandsmitglieder.
2 Der Vorstand kann der Geschäftsleitung ein Einzelzeichnungsrecht im Rahmen einer von ihm festgelegten Kompetenzregelung erteilen. 
3     Der Vorstand bestimmt den Kreis weiterer, zeichnungsberechtigter Personen.  
 
Art. 15 Beschlussfassung und Einberufung
 
1 Für Beschlüsse und Wahlen im Vorstand kommt jedem Mitglied eine Stimme zu. Der Vorsitzende stimmt mit und übt bei Stimmgleichheit den Stichentscheid aus.
2 Der Vorstand ist beschlussfähig bei Anwesenheit von mindestens der Hälfte seiner Mitglieder. Er fasst seine Beschlüsse mit einfachem Mehr der Anwesenden. Bei Stimmengleichheit entscheidet der Vorsitzende. Der Vorstand kann seine Beschlüsse auch auf dem Wege der schriftlichen Zustimmung zu einem gestellten Antrag fassen; für solche Beschlüsse ist eine Zweidrittelmehrheit aller Vorstandsmitglieder erforderlich.
3 Wenn ein Mitglied vom Ergebnis eines Beschlusses oder einer Wahl selbst betroffen ist, tritt es in den Ausstand.
4 Die Beratungen erfolgen auf Einladung und unter dem Vorsitz des Präsidenten, des Vizepräsidenten oder in deren Abwesenheit eines anderen Vorstandsmitglieds.
5 Ausnahmsweise und sofern kein Vorstandsmitglied eine Sitzung mit persönlicher Anwesenheit und mündlicher Beratung verlangt, können Beschlüsse und Wahlen des Vorstandes auch auf dem schriftlichen Zirkulationsweg, per E-Mail, in Telefon- oder Videokonferenzen durchgeführt werden. Dabei entscheidet das einfache Mehr aller Vorstandsstimmen.
 
 
III.c.  Rechnungsrevisoren
 
Art. 16 Wahl und Zuständigkeit
 
1 Die Vereinsversammlung bezeichnet für eine zweijährige Amtsdauer zwei Rechnungsrevisoren; diese sind wiederwählbar.
Die Rechnungsrevisoren überprüfen die Jahresrechnung und stellen zuhanden der Vereinsversammlung einen Revisionsbericht aus.
 
 
III.d.  Der Beirat
 
Art. 17 Wahl, Zusammenstellung, Amtsdauer
 
1 Der Beirat setzt sich aus mindestens 3 bis max. 7 Personen zusammen, die für eine zweijährige Amtsdauer gewählt werden. Diese sind wiederwählbar. 
2 Dem Beirat obliegen folgende Aufgaben:
a) Entscheidgremium für die Evaluation gemeinnütziger Projekte und Vorselektion von Förderbeiträgen an gemeinnützige Projekte zuhanden des Vorstandes;
b) Entscheidgremium für die Vorselektion von Nachwuchskünstlern und Vorselektion von Förderbeiträgen zuhanden des Vorstandes;

IV.  Finanzen
 
Art. 18 Einnahmen
 
1 Der Verein wird finanziert durch:
a. Mitgliederbeiträge;
b. Sponsoren und Gönnerbeiträge;
c. Zuwendungen;
d. Vermögenserträge.
 
Art. 19 Geschäftsjahr
 
1 Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.
 
Art. 20 Haftung
 
1 Für die Verbindlichkeiten des Vereins haftet ausschliesslich dessen Vermögen. Eine persönliche Haftung der Mitglieder ist ausgeschlossen.
 
 
V. Schlussbestimmungen
 
Art. 21 Statutenänderung, Vereinigung, Auflösung
 
1 Eine Änderung der Statuten, die Vereinigung mit einer anderen Organisation oder die Auflösung des Vereins ART4FUTURE bedarf eines Beschlusses der Vereinsversammlung mit einfachem Mehr der anwesenden Stimmen.
2 Bei der Auflösung hat die Liquidation durch den Vorstand oder eine durch ihn beauftragte externe Stelle zu erfolgen. Das Vereinsvermögen ist nach Erfüllung aller Verpflichtungen auf Antrag des Vorstandes und mit Beschluss der Vereinsversammlung an eine dem Zweck des Vereins entsprechende, gemeinnützige Organisation in der Schweiz zu übertragen.
 
Art. 22 Inkraftsetzung
 
1 Diese Statuten sind von der Vereinsversammlung am 28.11.2020 genehmigt worden und treten sofort in Kraft.
